This premium multi-dwelling unit in the heart of Chelsea required a building-wide automation solution that could deliver individual apartment control while maintaining centralised management for the building operator.
Legrand MyHome was the ideal platform, offering a wired-bus architecture that is both reliable and scalable across multiple dwellings. Each apartment features MyHome touchscreen panels providing control over lighting, climate and blinds from a single elegant interface.
The lighting system uses Legrand MyHome dimming modules, with scene presets configured for morning, day, evening and night modes. Occupants can also create and save their own custom scenes via the touchscreen, giving each resident personalised control.
Cooling and heating are managed through the same MyHome system, with each apartment having independent temperature control while the building management system monitors energy usage and optimises performance across the development. The shared common areas benefit from scheduled lighting and climate control, reducing operational costs while maintaining a welcoming environment.
