Initial Consultation
Getting to know you and your project. We take time to understand how you use your home, what you want your technology to do, and what your timeline and budget look like. We ask the right questions and give you an honest picture of what is possible.
Site Survey
Understanding your property in detail. One of our senior engineers visits your property to assess the infrastructure, identify any constraints, and confirm the technical requirements.
System Design & Specification
Turning your brief into a detailed technical plan. We produce a full system design including equipment schedules, rack layouts, network diagrams, and lighting plans.
Pre-Installation Coordination
Working with your wider project team. We liaise with your architect, interior designer, main contractor, and other trades to ensure our work is properly integrated.
Installation
Our in-house team on site. Our own engineers carry out all installation work — we don't subcontract. We work cleanly, carefully, and to a high standard.
Programming & Commissioning
Bringing the system to life. Once installed, we programme and commission every element of the system — from lighting scenes and audio zones to security integrations.
Client Handover & Training
Making sure you feel confident from day one. We walk you through every aspect of your new system, ensuring you and your household know how to use it intuitively.
Aftercare & Ongoing Support
Here when you need us. Our relationship doesn't end at handover. We offer a range of support plans, remote diagnostics, and proactive maintenance visits.
